3 Pics a Day - Day 16

Today was definitely an off day for me. I ended up taking all photos today on my iPhone so they were quick and dirty. The Trinity church caught my eye - I saw some folks posing for a picture in one of the entrances. I thought hey, it was good enough for them, so it'll work for me too!

This church is an amazing place to take photos - or even to just visit. Funny, I am always whizzing by all these amazing historical spots, so I'm glad I took a second to appreciate this one today. The Trinity church was built in 1872 and is surrounded by modern buildings in Copley Square. It's one of the few places in Boston where there is this juxtaposition of old and new, and that became my theme for today.

A garden full of new spring growth sits within a courtyard of the rear entrance to the church.
